Let alone at a small size and opaque. 

Honestly, no one learned anything about legibility while making that eye, it just doesn't work as an on-screen pointer.

ITV’s Big Brother is seemingly using the centre of the eye in smaller applications like social media banners - VM should probably take note of that.
