I see Nick Eardley was introduced as being from BBC Verify during today's Politics Live. Wonder if this is his new specific role since losing the Chief Pol Cor role?

Nick's X profile makes no reference to being a political correspondent. I'm sure it used to.

Ione Wells is becoming acting South America Correspondent in the new year for BBC News. She'll also play a role in next year's US Presidential Election as well. However she will return to Westminster.
