Will be interesting to see if ITV stays with the walkabout at Windsor. The news coverage is due to end about now.

RE: Queen Elizabeth Dies - Andrew - 10-09-2022

The Royal aide seemed to get them to curtail the proceedings just after 6pm when it looked like they would have gone on for hours, maybe they are big fans of Ninja Warrior

York Mix radio. Foxed me this, 12h recording, starting at 9am and no navigation on mobile Web app. Using android app death announcement at 18:39 (seek to 9:39), a weird version of GSTQ that gets cut of early to play REM Everybody Hurts..

RE: Queen Elizabeth Dies - Superman1986 - 10-09-2022

Itv regional news has been cancelled and we got a ident leading into ninja warrior

RE: Queen Elizabeth Dies - Edcanada - 10-09-2022

BBC World News is airing this evening's domestic bulletin with BBC One. However, they took the gallery output too early and we see Reeta Chakrabarti standing there for 40 seconds while everyone was waiting for BBC One.

Based on how multi purpose it is, and how these plans have been years in the planning, that should probably have been studio E. Studio B could have been parked for the moment, and the World hours such as the current one with Christian Fraser could have been in E as well.

I agree that this would have been a better approach - although do you mean Studio C (the World News one with the screen - E is the one in the newsroom)?

It was mentioned earlier that the BBC might have been deliberately avoiding bespoke studio graphics and lighting, but I personally think it's worked well for the likes of Good Morning Britain and Talk TV.

RE: Queen Elizabeth Dies - Andrew - 10-09-2022

BBC News have for the first time since Thursday gone onto ‘the rest of today’s news’

She was on the phone to Talk TV late on Thursday night.
