Funnily enough, despite Doctor Who being made in Wales, the teaser didn't air on BBC One Wales as Blankety Blank wasn't aired, with yesterday's displaced Question of Sport airing at 17:45 and everything up until Pointless airing on a half hour delay to catch up.

Fifteen clearly has no fixed look and will actually adapt to suit the time period he's in, unlike previous Doctors. Episodes set in the present or future will use variants of the originally announced look, but even that we've already seen two versions of.
