PM is making a statement at 1:30pm. Will BBC One stay for the statement, ITV will come on air when it starts.

Happened to have CNN International on somewhere and saw the mess they made of that. New Day, from CNN US, came back from a break and explained the lectern outside Number 10, went to a London correspondent to explain the story while waiting for the statement - all good so far.
And then the door opened, Truss came out and... cut to black, Breaking News sting and a presenter introduced the statement which was already in progress.
