The usual preview of the regional news at the beginning of the One's headlines instead went to Ben Brown with some standard spiel on 'staying with the news for the latest from their correspondents', even if the subtitles over that segment obviously applied to the sports preview that usually comes; what was 'coming up on the BBC News Channel' (e.g. talked about Cameron Norrie).

At least we were treated to a proper close at the end of the 1.

Yes, there's a generic one of those for BBC Sport (filmed in the old x2 BBC Sport studio, mind you). Not sure what constitutes them being played out, technical faults or the like?

Seems like Spotlight in the South West went out as usual. Any other regions go on air?

Will Spotlight make a 6.30pm appearance too?

BBC London aren't going on-air at all until tomorrow lunchtime.

Will they realistically have content for tomorrow lunchtime's bulletin if they are starting work again at 11?

Is NWT impacted that badly? Their twitter feed seems particularly active!

Same at 6

Spotlight and EMT appear to be opting out during the headlines and I assume will have as full a programme as normal.

Any other regions actually going to make it to air?

London, Midlands Today, North West Tonight, Points West, Look North (YL) and Look East all took the Ben Brown headlines.

Looks like Spotlight are putting out a programme, not found any others yet.
