I presume it was in place of Look East (West) which felt unable to go to air today after being told they will cease on 16th December.

It was mentioned up thread that Clive Myrie has been missing from the news since the Queen's death.
Ros Atkins also hasn't been on Outside Source for what must be the same length of time. Has he stepped back from OS now to focus on other projects? He's got his new "Ros Atkins On the Week" program now, also The Media Show, anything else?

Don't often watch the BBC News Channel at this time of the day, but it appears that Outside Source finished at 8:30pm and now Reeta is presenting from the Outside Source/balcony studio.
Is this normal for this to happen?

It’s the few weeks where we are only 4 hours ahead of the US. It’s also Midterm Election time so WNA is on air early (for us). The Context is scheduled to follow WNA at half past and again at 10pm.
