I suspect it's down to similar file names and somebody picking the wrong one. That's the problem with everything digital, 20 years ago the discs would all have been replaced, so little chance of such a slip up.

Some hiccups in leading to the Panel section during Context tonight, as the intro sequence started after Fraser stared into the screen for some seconds. He jokingly remarked afterwards "We need to dust the machine" Tongue

Might be something or nothing at all but Jane Hill was on her feet in E with the screens behind her at the end of the 5 on the NC this Friday. With the Six now in B, I can't remember it happening since it moved.

BBC One HD had sport at the opt bit it has been London when they've been in E. I'm confused why being in E not B changes the routing.
