Do we know why BBC London had to de-camp from D before things being ready for them to move into B?

Whatever overhaul is currently going on in D is with a view to it becoming the home of what, exactly?

Just spotted this new NEAT green screen backdrop on the NaS regional opt on the NC with Martine Croxall in one of those tiny CSO studios (F/G/H). The backdrop has the perfect amount of fade and blur replicating the fixed shot in Studio C (but sadly a messed up pixelated chroma key of Martine Croxall eww). I guess they might be preparing new backdrops for those UK opts for the merger and the studio shuffles when Studio E closes down for a re-fit next year...

Weird to switch to that backdrop considering that they now have a good quality backdrop that broadly replicates the backdrop in Studio E and which is from a realistic angle.

Martine will presumably be getting used to that studio for when she gets bundled into it permanently in the near future
