EDIT: Scratch that, they added them again.

Not quite - the service labels are back but they don't have channel numbers on the test EPG yet (they did last time).

A member over on the Freesat section of the Digital Spy forum mentioned that the previous changes (despite being made only to the test region of the EPG) broke functionality on some Freesat TVs and older boxes (with some losing access to their regional BBC One), which is why they were suddenly rolled back. And possibly why they still don't have LCNs?

Sky have announced bbc1 changes on Tuesday 17 Jan.

Oxford and Cambridge feeds closing at that point

Yes I agree. Probably found using a satellite card or receiver that can blind-scan or simply by re-scanning known Freesat/Sky transponders looking for changes.

Looking at channels and services marked as "New" on https://www.digitalbitrate.com/dtv.php?lang=en&liste=2&live=69  is another good way.

www.hdsatelliteupgrade.co.uk  is now live. All regions are going live on satellite sooner than expected, the first being South HD - on Freesat later today and Sky tomorrow.

I'm at work so can't check, but Freesat has reportedly switched for South users. a516 reports that channel 106 (previously network BBC One HD) is now an advisory slate pointing users to 101.

Has anyone got a recording of what the final version of the new screen looks like?

BBC One South HD is now on Sky (at least on my box anyway on 964).

I can’t see any sign of the nightlight BBC One service on my EPG, so it looks like it’ll only be available once your region has converted to HD. I know some had wondered if it’d appear in the 900s.
