Moving to Brazil, TV Globo affiliate Rede Vanguarda unveiled a new wordmark, during their 20th anniversary:

Their inter-programme bumper, which I initially doubted its authenticity for its cheesiness:

SportOne in Indonesia was rebranded to VTV, following a shift in programming to a wider scope outside of sports:

Over in Hong Kong, several BBC channels are set to be dropped by TVB's OTT service MyTV Super, reportedly later this month:

Not surprising, given how BBC broadcast have been slowly limited over the past few years here.

VTM has replaced its kids pay-TV channel VTM Kids with a 24-hour medical drama channel, VTM Non-Stop Dokters. The channel, which features repeats of American, British and local medical dramas, is being primarily available as a FAST channel on the broadcaster’s streamer VTM Go; however, its cheap and easily accessible format makes it quick to transport it into local pay TV offerings.

VTM Kids left the pay TV offerings due to its content being easily and more successfully available through VTM Go and the daily morning block on the VTM channel.

And now the channel is on air, taking the main Bravo pres:

In the US, another former independent/UPN station has gone into dust, as KCOP 13 in LA (MyNetworkTV) is now Fox 11 Plus:

In Colombia, the Caracol TV channels got a new graphics package a few days ago, filled with colourful rings:

It may be a short filler though, if the August relaunch on Logopedia (plus the gradient facelifts on sister channels) is to believed true.

As today marks the last few days before Lunar New Year, here's the celebratory packages from Hong Kong TV stations:

The Good: ViuTV & ViuTV6 (FTA Ch. 99, 96)
The channels adopted a fun animation with their mascots, a nice touch with one of them being a rabbit:
https://youtu.be/lczPub6YR9c

The Bad(ish?): HoyTV/Hoy Info/HKIBC (Ch.76-78)
The Cable group only changes their programme junctions, with the same flat shades:

[Edit] They also got some celebrity best wishes stings:
https://youtu.be/J7VU4zFgI4s

The Lazy: TVB Jade and the sister channels (Ch.81-85)
TVB didn't get a universal celebratory package across 5 channels. Instead, they got new DOGs with rabbit ears.  Jade, the flagship, got a recoloured version of their new look:

The soundtrack isn't original too: It's from their 2019 set.

And the Forgotten: RTHK TV (Ch.31), with CGI rabbits for the festival.

Spotted that TVB has a special promo endboard for its Lunar New Year programming.

And Pearl showed some Lunar New Year messages from some TVB actors and programme hosts - with this ending, sharing the same style with the endboard.

I guess this is the unused Year of the Rabbit ident…

I can't load the first two pictures properly, but I think this is what's on your mind here:

Indeed a more traditional, but elegant graphics package than what we have now. But the flat symbol probably doesn't fit with all kinds of 3D textures it's applied in different channels?

I think they can simply use the flat logo as their logo textures are always inconsistent. The 2017 Lunar New Year ident, which is the first LNY production made by TVB’s incumbent creative director, also used the flat one.

RE: International Presentation - Medianext.MX - 28-01-2023

Singapore's largest broadcaster Mediacorp will rebrand most of its brands next Wednesday, as part of the group's attempt to increase the audience leverage of its corporate brand. Most brands from the TV, radio and digital branches are gaining new logos with a corporate identifier which Mediacorp calls the "Mplifier", which will also be used in new graphics which are similar in concept to ITV's Multiverse. The corporate logo used since 2015 (designed by local firm Bonsey Design) is being retained.

The rebrand will affect also all five Mediacorp TV channels, English-speaking Channel 5, Mandarin-speaking Channels 8 and U, Malay-speaking Suria and Tamil-speaking Vasantham. The numerals of the Channel 5 and 8 logos are being retained; the Channel 5 logo has been in use since 1994, when the then-named Singapore Broadcasting Corporation began a reorganisation process, which transferred ownership of the broadcast company from direct government oversight to the state's sovereign fund Temasek; the company was also divided into three separate companies (Channels 5 and 8 went to the Television Corporation of Singapore, Channel 12 was spun off as Singapore Television Twelve, and the radio stations went to the Radio Corporation of Singapore) submerged into a holding company, Singapore International Media; the longtime logo was designed by GRFX Novocom in Hollywood, which also designed a full set of graphics and commissioned music from Gari Media Group.

The Channel 8 logo debuted in 2001, at the same time Singapore International Media's companies re-merged to form the current day Mediacorp. Suria, Vasantham and Channel U will get new word marks. The case of Channel U is the most notable, given it replaces the logo it used since it was formed in 2001, when it debuted as a fledging competitor to Channel 8 as part of SPH's new MediaWorks division; it was retained when Mediacorp merged with (or rather took over the assets of) SPH MediaWorks in 2005.

The relaunch promotion started on January 16, with social media platforms already bearing the new brands, as well as channel DOGs interchanging between the current and new logos.

The exceptions to this rebrand are CNA and CNA938, whose brands are being retained as they are, as well as the brands used by Mediacorp's digital partnerships (ESPN, Mothership, Popcorn, theAsianparent, VICE and 99.co).
