Here's the Nickeloden dog  without the countdown clock, also using the full name in US , instead of the shorter "Nick"

Very good refresh! As others have said it’s nice to see the splat back; retooling it as a shape that can be transferred across graphics is a smart move, it also fits well with the current font used.

Slightly unrelated but I notice the production caps still say Viacom, didn’t the parent company change to Paramount for everything?

Yes, but the "Viacom International" name is still being used as a copyright holder for Nickelodeon properties.

I see, thank you for the clarification.

RE: International Presentation - JAS84 - 05-03-2023

There's a couple of other things still using the Viacom name as well, they didn't dump it completely when CBSViacom rebranded to Paramount.

Staying with Paramount, looks like they're distancing themselves from Argentinian local TV further. After selling their station in Mar del Plata last year, their Telefe O&Os in Tucumán and Neuquén are sold to Grupo Televisión Litoral and Alpha Media respectively last month.

The former, already holding 2 other stations, rebranded Canal 8 with their triangular symbol and a new name, elochoTV:

The latter, a newcomer to television, reverted the station back to Canal 7:

This has more details on the sale.

Over in Hungary, Magyar Mozi TV was launched as a movie channel dedicated to local productions:

Seems like Paramount doesn't want to go the "© Paramount Global and its affiliates" route for its copyright notices or rename the IP holders to something with the Paramount name.

Regarding the Telefe O&Os turned affiliates, do they consider selling more stations and concentrating more on their Buenos Aires station or they're done, at least for now?

RE: International Presentation - Medianext.MX - 13-03-2023

Spain's Telecinco (owned by Mediaset/MediaForEurope) unveiled today a new look as it is embarking in a radical transformation of its output, a situation driven by the retirement of Paolo Vasile, who made the channel a ratings winner for most of his time as controller of the channel and its sister digital networks, but strongly criticized over its reliance on talk shows, gossip panel shows and reality shows (including the local adaptation of Big Brother); this model became quickly unprofitable in recent years, as rival Antena 3 took over the rights to Pasapalabra (the local version of ITV Studios' The Alphabet Game) after Mediaset was accused of appropriating the format and a court ordered to surrender the rights to the format.

After many failed attempts to revive the channel's ratings, Vasile retired at the end of the year, being replaced by Alessandro Salem, the former programme director of the Italian branch of the company. Salem is already making changes to the channel's output, planning to fully place its programming in line with its Italian counterparts; as a result, Telecinco is reducing its reliance on reality shows and gossip and increase the variety of programming concepts; during this period, Salem has commissioned two new game shows, a daily scripted drama, and tightened their content standards on gossip scandals and political programming, and it plans to boost its news department to bring it closer to TG5, increasing emphasis on political news (with a strong centre-right perspective) and using its resources in all ways.

The new look is a sign of that change of alignment on its output: the new slogan "Telecinco, al ritmo de tu vida" and a much cleaner design is part of the elements of the designs, which are reminiscent of Canale 5's current look. All the designs were made in-house by the group's creative division.

Here's a handful of clips of the new Telecinco branding in action, including brief program stings, promos, and the channel's new sonic motif:

Disney's trend of removing FOX branding globally continues, this time it's Fox and Fox Life in Greece. But, as they have a Star Channel in the country, FX/FX Life is used instead, although pres still maintained the 'arc' intended to go with the cut in Star:

Over in Romania, Kanal D had a new look last March, featuring CGI ripples that I don't think match with the D symbol:
