I understand. Aside from the redesign, 'putting main corporate symbol in a circle' is a really tired trend IMO, especially when they're relatively unrecognizable in taking the deconstructed route (ex Mediacorp)...

The regions are also gonna be a sore thumb sticking out too - just look at TV2 Østjylland, relaunched weeks before the rebrand was announced:

Powerpoint presentation at its worst.

Well... the regions are mostly standalone operations, although they do share some resources in content provision, for example, they provide regional reports for TV 2 Nyhederne national broadcasts, and the regional weather cut-ins are produced out of the national newsroom in Odense. The regions also cooperated in a weekly show produced in a rotating basis by one of them, featuring the week's main stories; it was dropped by 2020 due to pandemic-forced budget cuts and the need to refocus resources to digital content.

Additionally, most regions offer a standalone regional channel which operate from midday to early overnight (with a placeholder screen similar to that of BBC Scotland and BBC Alba filling closedown hours), which, alongside simulcasting the TV 2 regional shows, it also airs a wide range of regional shows, from pre-recorded lifestyle and factual magazines, to archival content, alongside extended coverage of local events.

Currently all regions have its own channel, successfully operating in a shoestring budget: TV Syd (South Jutland) has TVS+, TV 2 Fyn (Greater Funen) operates TV 2 Fyn Nyhedskanalen (which is more news-orientated than its counterparts), TV2 Øst (West and South Zealand) operates a similarly-named channel, TV2 Nord's channel (North Jutland) is called Salto, TV 2 Kosmopol (formerly Lorry) operates a local channel for Greater Copenhagen, as does TV Midtvest (West Jutland and Viborg), formerly known as Mokka, and TV2 Østjylland and TV 2/Bornholm also operate channels for each of their regions (East Jutland and Bornholm, respectively).

These channels went on air on January 11, 2012, after a new charter for the main TV 2 network went into operation, which forced the main TV 2 channel to be encrypted in all operators (viewers can pay for access standalone, through a TV provider, or using TV 2 Play); given the regional operations are not only financed by advertising, but also in part by the DR license fee, and are also the lone providers of regional TV in the country (barring exceptions in some regions), these centres were allocated a free-to-view channel, with regional must carry status.

RE: International Presentation - Medianext.MX - 28-03-2023

Belgium's RTL-TVI has unveiled a new look and brand identity in the line of the recent RTL Info rebranding. The changes signal the start of a new era for the broadcaster after its acquisition by DPG Media (owner of VTM) and Rossel (the owner of French Belgium's biggest papers, including national paper Le Soir and local newspaper chain Infopresse) and transferring its licenses and operations to Belgian territory. The new logo adopts a new version of their longtime balloon logo already used by Bel RTL since 2019, which is now much closer to an exclamation mark. Its sister channels also adopted the new style lettering, including Club RTL and Plug RTL, which are now called RTL Club and RTL Plug.

Really much needed improvement visually. Compare it with the previous look, too busy and OTT:

From the pieces seen there, it just looks really like a basic cable channel. The lens effect in the idents is nice, but there is really a lack of animation in most of the elements and there is almost no variation between any of the sister channels and the main network. The break bumpers look really like "Oneness" (at least, there is some music), but the data bursts are a really great thing. Good to see too they retained the really good "Alt det vi deler" slogan and campaign on air, as well as the (remixed) sound logo.

Comparing, here's the previous branding (launched in 2019, a refresh of what they used since 2013):

Over in Eastern Europe, Polish TVN's women channel Style has a new look, filling in the outlined box with pink gradient:
