Its radio Rajar ratings in under 3 weeks so we can see the impact of JK on breakfast and the messy TV focused schedule. As a national its 3 month data, so that's the majority of the changes included

I suspect they'll take a hit

I am talking about actual TV numbers I access. Breakfast figures are up, as are daytime. Rajar might tell a different story, of course.

I know, you have them, but we don't . Everyone interprets data and spins, not saying you are but as we don't have the numbers the extent of its rise and the base its coming from there's nothing we can go on. When publication don't give numbers its usually because its not good.

Trish Goddard broadcasting from home Saturday and Sunday really is a hard watch and the sound today is very "rough" as if her connection to London isn't great. The delay today with her first interviewee who also is in his home or office has them talking over each other. Whilst Talk TV has improved over recent weeks and months they really need to decide on some consistency in their studio presentation and certainly at the least upgrade Trisha's facilities at home if they want a full three hour programme from her. Yesterday morning at 6am we had Cristo unbuttoning his shirt to change microphones whilst on air. Last weekend one of the studio cameras decided to give Cristo's viewers a short "studio tour" of the facilities.

Everything will be downstairs in TV studios by around mid-year I suspect. But yes, Trisha's show is terrible.

Watching Trisha now and video quality and sound is dreadful, especially for a radio show. Would it really cost that much to send out a proper camera and LiveU box to her? It appears video and sound is coming from a laptop webcam.

Poor Piers Morgans not a great day to broadcast an interview with the Prime Minister. Though not only it been overshadowed by subsequent events but one particarly controversial bit has been referred to the parliamentary standards watchdog

Yes, makes you wonder if the YouTube premier was a bad idea. Because it’s splitting the traction quite a bit, if indeed they end up airing it tomorrow night.

If it hadn’t been on YT already, the whole thing could be held back till tomorrow.

RE: Talk TV - Stooky Bill - 06-02-2024

It's always a bit of a risk in TV news. I've known really good reports that have been sitting waiting to go out for ages and the day they device to show it something big happens and it only goes out once.

Piers is always saying that he doesn't judge the success of his show on broadcast ratings as online does better so he should be happy with those at least. The lack of publicity less so

Piers Morgan Uncensored moving to digital only and by the sounds of it, this is happening imminently. Big move.
