Okay so after Nick Jr., it seems like NickToons is next to get splatted on. (see what I did there?)
This is from a leak from someone who found secret stuff from the Nickelodeon design team so please remember this is still being worked on and could be subject to change.
Seems like TeenNick in the US could be next too, they're scrapping the rose pink for yellow whilst it's green for Toons.

It's likely that NZ already have a Global* variant of some description for Nick and Nick Jr now, they have a completely different schedule to Nickelodeon Australia. https://www.skygo.co.nz/tv-guide 

* Not Nick Global (which is ad-free) though probably some Commercial version, I used Singapore's Singtel TV Guide to compare the schedule, but looking at the Nick Jr schedule, it's Nick Jr Global.

From Foxtel's TV Guide, the pay-TV version of Nick Australia closes at Midnight (1st August), meaning there will be six hours of "no Nick" in Australia, until 10Shake becomes Nick at 6am: https://www.foxtel.com.au/tv-guide/Thank-you-for-watching-Nickelodeon/145032547

I asked on Media Spy and apparently it'll continue in NZ. Whether that's a full simulcast of the "10Shake" version remains to be seen.

Not long to go now until the free-to-air relaunch of Nickelodeon in Australia...
It's currently early hours of August 1st over there right now, and 10play have already updated their TV guide listings with the Nickelodeon logo.

I'm watching the rebrand and I still think it's insanely funny how prior to today this network aired both SpongeBob and South Park with the same branding.

It'll probably launch at 6am in their time, or possibly when the Foxtel Nick closes down for good.
