Probably more a case of they're filming it pretty soon (a week on Thursday)

I've got tickets for one of the recordings and they've also suggested the audience might want to make and bring along some banners or whatever for their favourite Gladiators which would be pretty difficult if they didn't know who the Gladiators were!

Yeah, they need to reveal them before filming, else audience members would leak them anyway.

No. Names already used can be found on the Wikipedia articles.

Amazon and Warrior were both reused in the 2008 version, but no duplicates in the 2023 show yet.

American Gladiators had a Diamond and a Nitro though.
