TMZ is reporting this as well. I guess these other broadcasts careless about embargoed statements from the Palace. if it was indeed embargoed

ITV regional news starting at 6.08pm after announcement.
Not 100% but I think this news has may have broken as opted regions were recording their opt, expecting a half hour. Will either need clever editing or pan regional live programme!

This is happening simultaneously with something very serious in Moscow - many dead and injured in an apparent terrorist attack on a concert hall which seems to have been set on fire.
