Did anyone else notice the flowingly igniting led line between the lower ende of the screen and the floor in Studio 6 during The World? Never seen this type of lighting before unless on a funfair.

You'll see it best here… the strip of LEDs below all three screens which has a very slow chasing effect applied to it

I noticed that as well. But I wasnt sure what was happening. I thought maybe it was just happening because of the camera movements. The light was was be revealed only at a certain angle. Strange.
Im really actually disliking the globe map in a close up. I hate to say it....it doesnt look very good. That needs a rethink. maybe a slight subtle movement and maybe the flares emanating from the largest cities. It needs more detail or something or maybe it needs to be blurred more.

Blimey.... on a different note...That constant camera movement in those 20 seconds is not necessary and actually quite off-putting. It's not exactly the most subtle and smooth of movements. Just because you can... doesn't mean you should. I'm guessing there was meant to be a graphic on the wall but it didn't appear, hence the move back?

Those LEDs have to go. They just look so cheap.

I'm not sure about the idea, but the execution is half-arsed at best...

They're not perfectly straight, they've got a dead spot/join right behind the anchor (in full view in the shot they used in the video).
They've not bothered to properly fit them to the screens, as you can see them making a right-angle in the gap between the screens and the string is longer than the left-hand screen.

Needs to be returned to AliExpress I think.

The dead spot is on purpose. It is a flowing line that illuminates. I think it should match the WORLD branding with the connecting stardust between the major cities

Oh I thought it was weird that Jonathan Samuels was on at 3pm...

RE: Sky News - fusionlad - 26-01-2024

Bit embarrassing for Sky News really, but they've handled it the right way.
