Friday Night moves to Studio 6/ The World/ old Sunrise/ Green screen studio from tonight, with Kamali Melbourne tonight. Backdrop looks far better than that of The World.

She has slightly lost her cool before, though not at all to this degree. It must be incredibly hard having someone talk over you, but you can make sarcastic comments about sensitive subjects or in general really if you’re in that position.

Anyway, on a lighter note, it’s seems the World is being simulcast on NBC News Now on Fridays. I did wonder if this would happen. It feels like a greater collaboration between the two broadcasters. A diluted version of the planned international news channel, or a testing of the waters.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this meant to be a presentation forum? We shouldn't be discussing politics and our opinions of such here.

That's correct. Some posts have been removed.

I think many Sky News presenters, more than any other news channel, have been extremely brave in the interviews they've conducted in relation to Gaza war. Kudos to them.

There isn’t a significant difference between the setup of Studio 6 and Westminster, both have three-sided screens, but studio 6 now feels a fair bit better. I’m not entirely sure why - the dark floor, the desk, the lighting….

Earlier this evening, posters in this thread were advised to steer clear of political discussion, per site rules.

A number of individuals chose to ignore this and continue the discussion.

Further posts resulting from this afternoon's remarks by Belle Donati on Sky News have been removed.

This thread is now on active moderation until further notice.

Leah Boleto on air with Breakfast this morning from Westminster, and now on-air from the glassbox. Quite something.
