It’s intriguing to see how little click bait coverage there has been of the failed playout of the interview with the Shadow Chancellor on Trevor Phillips this morning. I mean, it was a relatively minor issue in that the full interview is available online etc, but had it happened on Kuennsberg or GB News I'd have expected a rash of stories about the Shadow Chancellor being "pulled off air".

It feels significant in terms of mindshare that Sky News's Sunday programme doesn't warrant that sort of nonsense these days.

If we’re being completely honest, I don’t think any of their weekend programming (and much of the weekday too) is really noticed enough to warrant that coverage

In terms of what slot he's getting, from the presser below "Starting on Sky News this weekend covering the Breakfast show, Matt will present across the week, standing in on the News Hour from 5pm, The UK Tonight from 8pm weekdays and Sky News Today, among other shows.

Matt will also present a weekly Sunday show from 10am-2pm, that follows Sunday Morning with Trevor Phillips, with all the day’s big stories and interviews.

Im not sure but someone may have posted this already...
THE WORLD with Yalda Hakim has a highlights programme thats airs Saturday Nights at 11PM ET, 2AM ET and Sunday AM at 11AM ET on NBC NEWS NOW. It looks like a special programme that pulls together all the interviews she;s done across the week. The SkyNews logo is covered by a long white bar. But then at times the white bar is gone and its a white box that covers the normal place the SkyNews logo is located. It looks like NBC got a clean feed or something in which the ticker is completely gone. The NBC NEWS NOW logo animates as normarl and then swaps with the SkyNews.com logo as it animates and rises and this keeps repeating.

Sounds like NBC News Now's usual solution to simulcasting Sky News. The usual NBC Now DOG obviously doesn't work alongside Sky's graphics, so the rotating Sky/NBC DOG is plastered over the Sky News.com bug. I imagine if taking a ticker-less feed it looks a bit less neat, but with the ticker, it sits in seamlessly with the rest of Sky's on-screen furniture.

Sky News air a highlights show of The World, same with The UK Tonigh. Nice filler for the weekend.

NBC Senior International Correspondent Kier Simmons (Somehow i remember they used be titled Chief FOREIGN Correspondent) appeared on SkyNews at a polling place in Russia during its national "elections". It was a live report.
