I know they were changing sponsors but to ditch the wheel logo they’ve used in various forms for 30 years to something that looks really harsh, I’m not sure of that. The graphics shown in that tweet do look nice, apart from the font. I guess the abrupt cut off of the old music means we’re getting new music too.
Electronic Arts is the new sponsor, so the full name is “LaLiga EA Sports” now, while continuing the tradition of LaLiga 2 using a different brand from the same sponsor, it now gets the slightly silly name “LaLiga HYPERMOTION”.

A bit late on this, but there is new music:

IMHO, a total decline in respect with the now-previous theme music from Lucas Vidal.

The changes also affects its streaming service, LaLiga Sports TV, now named as LALIGA+. For starters, it is an AVOD/SVOD service which is designed to promote Spanish non-mainstream and non-football sports leagues to global audiences, but it also offers some LaLiga original series and match summaries. LALIGA+ offers additionally some international events (including the Concacaf Gold Cup and AFC Champions League) exclusively in Spain and its territories.

Some LALIGA TV channels have already its brand altered to reflect the new look...

Note: The final one is not a Sky UK channel, it is a LaLiga-exclusive channel on Sky Mexico; they started using the Comcast-era Sky branding since the 2022 FIFA World Cup, and they license the Sky brand directly from Sky (through German subsidiary Sky International AG).

The Rugby Championship using domestic broadcaster's graphics, unlike Super Rugby Pacific that this year adopted new unified graphics across all countries/broadcasters. The SuperSport graphics are still the most unique rugby graphics out there, but do the job quite well. Overuse of AR graphics though.

Not sure if it's due to the late rain delayed start or it being clear since about 4pm Today at Wimbledon had no chance of airing on time tonight but Today at the Test currently scheduled at 7pm on BBC4 and 7.15pm on BBC2.

A good move (won't be on BBC Two Northern Ireland)

They are showing the first of the All Ireland Senior Hurling Championship Semi-Finals, for the first time in a long period, under the GAA’s new TV deals.

Their scorebar would give most NFL broadcasters a run for their money.

Today at the Test was always scheduled for 7pm today but turned on BBC4 just now to discover they are showing a documentary about the A303

Well it won’t be on BBC 4. It’s currently scheduled for 19.30 on BBC 2 except NI. The cricket is still ongoing live so I suspect they have to wait till play finishes before starting the highlights.

This will air against the second match of round of 1 of The Rugby Championship between Argentina and New Zealand on Sky Sports Action (South Africa v. Australia at 16:05 the first on the same channel.). I wonder if the Super Rugby graphics will be adjusted to be used across this competition, rather than using the ESPN/SuperSport/Stan/Sky NZ graphics as is usually the case?

BT taking a dirty Fox feed (covering up sponsor messages). However the commentators actually mentioned it was live on Fox, BT Sport and The Rugby Network.

And likewise the ESPN one in Argentina. Far nicer than the one ESPN USA actually use for Monday Night Football as well.

The ESPN one, though not looking anything like ESPN US’ MNF one, is actually very NFL-like - a bit more CBS though. It’s nowhere near as big as Supersports though. I’ve never figured out why the SuperSport one needs to be quite that big, but it’s always seemed to be that way as far as I can remember.
