That's usually the deal with temporary sets. They're meant to replicate the 'proper' set rather than looking completely different from it.

Generally only seen when there's a significant news event, BBC Newsline used its copyright lower-third at the end of the early evening and late-night programmes today. Used relatively recently it was still in Gill Sans and used the old BBC blocks.
