What doesn't make sense with the recent ITV ECPs is it actually gives them less promo room. If they cropped them but then reduced the size by 25% rather than 50% not only would the credits be more readable but they would have a bigger space to run promotional footage too.

It’s a programme about the upcoming 2023 Rugby World Cup in France. And focuses on the Ireland team
