Can't see that lasting long (do they have their own equivalent of ratings' sweeps?)

It has been tried before, albeit not within news - ATV in the Midlands (for it could only be them, really) did have a daily Tomorrow's Horoscopes programme for a while during the early 70s.

And the French language RTL station from Luxembourg also boasted a horoscopes slot at closedown during the early-mid 80s, accompanied by a trippy cartoon sequence.

Also, this line in the article is interesting:
