The Tonight bulletin is set to end next week as well according to the video description. The final broadcast dates of Sunday and Fair Go are yet to be decided

Hopefully like with 10 and the Late News the 1News Midday bulletin may return at a future date should the advertising situation improve.

CNBC on LG Channels seems to be taking the US feed while overlaying Europe graphics meaning the astons are covered up by the stock % updates.

Does no one check as to what's going out on the FAST channels?

Against the backdrop of the possible separation of Suspilne movlennia from Yedyni Novyny, due the hating of some deputies of pro-president party "Sluha Narodu", the broadcaster itself decided to launch a slightly shorter intro of Suspilne Novyny, which should have been launched two years ago. Yesterday for Local TV channels and homonymous news channel. Today, as a part of the telethon. And so, from today we will not see the intro of the 8 o'clock news "Yedyni. Holovne" produced by Suspilne.

It has finally happened! As Ukrainians says "URAAA!!! PEREMOHA, LIUDY!!!" At 3:30 PM EEST, Suspilne's Pershyi kanal left the national telethon, becoming the first broadcaster to refuse to broadcast the talk studios of commercial and state broadcasters. Currently, Channel One is rebroadcasting feed of local TV channels with "Suspilne. Studia" programme. However, except Pershyi, the local TV channels of Suspilne and Suspilne Novyny will continue to display the Yedyni novyny badge in the right corner during the news bulletins. Their time-slots on Tuesday evening was taken by My-Ukraina. The fate of other daytime slots of Suspilne Ukraine remains unknown.

Staying with Yedyni novyny, from the last weekend, started a new-old weekend breakfast show Ranok. Marafon by Studia 1+1 with old graphics 2020-2023 and former TV hosts of Snidanok. Vykhidnyi (Valentyna Khamaiko, Oleksandr Popov and Ihor Tsyhanyk). Unfortunately, I couldn't find a promo.

Tg2, the Italian newscast on Rai 2, debuted their new theme tune, graphics and studio on Saturday to celebrate their 55th anniversary. It marked the return of the 1976 symbol and 3-note jingle in modern arrangement, as a dedication to maintain the audiences' longtime trust. In their own words (https://www.tvblog.it/post/tg2-nuovo-studio-sigla-grafiche-conduttori ):

Quote:It is a commitment that comes from our history and projected into the future. That is why the new theme song contains a nod to the past. That ‘2’ that is composed in various colours reminds us of where we came from and urges us to renew our commitment of seriousness and credibility towards our audience in the future as well.

The studio, meanwhile, puts the anchor in "the center of the information". This is a supercut of the flagship bulletin, Sera (at 8.30pm):

And Post, a newspaper review programme following the news:

Over in New Zealand, Three News is unsurprisingly the name for the Stuff-produced 6.30 report after Newshub.

And KBS News in Korea has a new intro dedicated to their daytime news on weekdays, now KBS News 930. The generic open they previously used is relegated to weekends.

Good to see Samantha Hayes being retained for the new Three News.

The New Zealand Herald reports her 6pm co-anchor, Mike McRoberts, is leaving broadcasting to join the National Business Review (a weekly newspaper) as Māori editor.

Quite clear they’re making heavy use of ex-Newshub staff though I imagine Stuff will want to harness use of their own journos over time.
