RE: BBC/ITV London News - CF1 - 28-10-2022

I think Alice Bhandukravi just made an error signing off BBC London News, saying BBC London would be back in tomorrow morning's Breakfast, given there are no regional bulletins in the Saturday edition of Breakfast.

BBC London branded cubes used on the catwalk for an interview segment.

It's like the 2000s all over again.

ITV London are really going on all in on Charlene being on IAC with an interview with her sister no less.

I don't know who the interview is with, but are the blocks playing the same role as a DOG in identifying the source when it gets uploaded to unofficial online sites?

It was almost back to the bad old days of when the bulletin was nicknamed Showbiz Tonight. At least 10 minutes dedicated to I'm a Celeb and then Sally Williams talking to Brian May from Queen.

It's still ITV News London's Achilles heel that if ITV have a major tv show on, the bulletin turns into one big major plug.

I get they are excited for Charlene being on IAC but they really didn't need her sister to be interviewed.

God... the state of it. Oh, for the days of studio 7, Alastair and Anna Maria, and sport with Jonny Gould!

If Alastair Stewart had done I’m a Celeb 20 years ago, I bet they would have covered it on London Tonight, even under LNN
