Does seem odd to have Kelly Somers as the secondary pitch side presenter, whilst Alex Scott a week in week out BBC football presenter is just a secondary pundit.

I know it’s because the secondary presenter role has in the past been the England camp reporter which I believe Somers is but it was also the case I think for opening game. Just seems weird.

Somers is the camp reporter.

I don’t know if it’s my eyes or just the colours used, but especially in added time the BBC Scorebar doesn’t seem to line up properly.

Alex Scott was on S4C's coverage. Sioned Dafydd introduced the segment in Welsh and then did the interview in English.

Lineker mentioned at the end of the Wales v England game, England's last 16 game against Senegal will be on ITV and I think ITV also have first pick of QF'S as well.

Urm, I can't really discuss the football side of that, but it doesn't look good if England are on ITV for both Round of 16 and Quarters. Do you think England will have their Quarters on ITV too?

Well they’ve got first pick so yes if England are there no question. But the BBC have had 2 of the 3 guaranteed games for the home nations games in the competition, ITV took a calculated gamble to get something a little better later. I the semi-final is the BBC’s first pick, where they if in the unlikely event they’re still in will pick England.

Oh god, that's worst than when ITV briefly cut to a commercial when someone scored a few years back. Can't recall who though?

The BBC thought the game was over too, to be fair. The commentator said the full time whistle had gone and the scorebar had been removed. A few moments later it was revealed to be a VAR check.
