Isn't the window just a large LED screen with a frame in front of it though? A lot easier to control an outdoor view when it's all being ran off video Smile Think they said it will be a live view (as in video feed) but a lot easier to apply relevant filters to the video on-the-fly rather than having to adjust filters applied to actual glass windows. (I'm guessing we're making a reference to Daybreak Mark 1 here! Big Grin )

C dans l'air finally went out on Franceinfo tonight, complete with pushback and clash of logos.

Very surprised that they have done that, I thought that simulcasting was not really that allowed very often in France......

It's a repeat showing on France info.

RE: French TV - News Discussion - London Lite - 10-01-2024

Clearly Monday was the curiosity factor with viewers trying Bonjour ! over their regular morning show, but had returned to their usual channels yesterday.

BFMTV will be relieved that they outperformed TF1 on Tuesday.

It's worth noting that on Monday, Matthieu Belliard covered for Jean-Baptiste Marteau on Franceinfo with the latter returning on Tuesday which may have reflected in their share.

France is spoilt for breakfast shows with full on news focused shows to the fluff on Bonjour !

RE: French TV - News Discussion - matthieu1221 - 12-01-2024

LCI has been heavily criticised for it's nearly 100% Ukraine coverage but over the past few months it's very much been balanced out. Today for instance, the following news stories have been covered so far:
- New government in France
- Elections in Taiwan tomorrow (LCI has a team on the ground)
- Post office scandal here in the UK
- Trump in court
- Airstrikes in Yemen
- War in Ukraine

Really glad that there's finally an intl-focused news channel (France 24 isn't on the TNT for some reason -- not even in the Ile de France region anymore).
