Some of the ITV 2 CA's also have (IMO) annoying voices or speak too fast but then that's probably the style they wanna go for. Maybe I'm too old for ITV 2 now.

Forgive me for being blunt but the main lady announcer has to be one of the worst continuity announcers I’ve ever heard. She’s so awkward and it’s clear she knows nothing about the programmes on the channels. Half the time, it sounds like she’s making it up on the spot and the other half it sounds like she’s just repeating the synopsis of a TV guide.

And often so heavy regional accents you're trying to figure out what they're saying

ITV just paused mid-advertisements for at least 2-3 minutes, then crashed into This Morning.

So some ads didn't play? I wonder if they'll owe compensation to the advertisers for that?

How long have they had “Saturday Night” next to the ITV1 DOG for? Interesting decision, presumably an attempt to “own” it.

Just seems so unnecessary, put it in the break bumpers if you have to.

Will they introduce "Monday morning", "Wednesday lunchtime" and "Thursday graveyard" DOG's to remind the audience & the hard of thinking what time of day it is & the kind of programming likely to be broadcast?
