Well CTV News has finally joined the flat crew. Its an ok package. The lower thirds....eh. Kinda of like the enriched format from before. But geeez flippin' 'eck the sounds of those transitions are sommat else! Geez.

It looks nice, they went for a sports style ticker there with the right side doing promos and stuff interesting decision there. They cleaned up the screen clutter too, but those transitions wow.

A certain TalkTV is probably raising their eyebrows...

Thats crazy how its clearly a copy of the ABC logo. Not sure they are allowed to continue to use that without Disney going nuts.

Its just wild. Disney usually takes copyright infringement seriously. Its incredible. They cant come up with their own logo. Goodness. Those FOX/TalkTv graphics dont even look like cheap remakes. It seems like they they "acquired" them somehow. Interesting.

Wow, the new look is basically TalkTV written all over it. Obviously the music is different but everything else - the graphics, the lower-thirds, pretty much everything is basically taken straight from TalkTV. And not only that, the new logo is basically the current TalkTV and ABC logos merged together!! TalkTV and ABC must be very angry right now!

KBS's new news studio very much reminds me of the current one from SBS.
