Also, there will be no florida trip this year. It feels right to effectively end the series on homeground

I have to say although it has been a bit stale in recent years I will most definitely miss the show very much.

Ant & Dec were seen filming in Tenerife in January. I don’t know if it’s SNT related or if they are just filming an advert for TUI but it’s something to bear in mind

Feels like everything they did the last time they had a final series.

Why would they be doing a TUI ad? It's Santander bank whose commercials they're usually in.

I don’t know. That’s why I think it may be SNT related because it would be quite strange if they filmed an advert for Santander in Tenerife with a helicopter in shot.

Doing the promo for a ‘Takeaway Getaway courtesy of TUI’ Perhaps?

Even if they aren’t doing the final show abroad, i assume they’ll still be doing Place on a Plane/Happiest Minute of the week etc

But yeah, i think if they tried rising star again, it would make for good television. It also seems the team behind snt are creating a remote game show where an entire street participates. I recieved an email about it.

I'm surprised they didn't do a finale somewhere in the uk for 2022. Alton towers or legoland would've been a good fit.

A. Probably not seen as good of a holiday destination.
B. Merlin Attractions or whoever didn’t offer than as much as TUI or the theme park for the trip to the US.

It’s only partly something they for the fun of it, or the editorial aspect of the show. It’s mainly about how much money they can make from doing it.

Also the Weather in the UK at that or anytime of the year is more predictable so they might have to do it indoors, in which case they might as well be in the London studio.
