In which case he - or those who advise him - will understand rights / copyright, what you can and can’t do.
If he really ‘wants TalkTV to shine’ they’d have paid up for access to the pool feed way earlier than they - seemingly - did. They either thought they could / should get it for free (when they had no right to do so), or having realised they wouldn’t, decided with GB News to use it as a publicity stunt to bash the BBC. (Barely mentioning the other UK broadcasters and news agency who are part of the pool.)
Co-ownership of networks is way less important for this than the rights / agreements a broadcaster has for the country / countries they are broadcasting to. You can’t just pass a feed onto a co-owned channel for them to broadcast unless they have the rights to do so.

BBC News overnight bulletins from DC entered full Coronation Day mode at midnight, starting with live view from London with no headlines music...
...to the Coronation background on the DC videowalls...
...to the Coronation taking the whole bulletin, with no other news.
Back half-hours are labelled as BBC News Special in the schedule but in fact appear to be pre-recorded reports on the preparations for the day.

Now that TalkTV is able to show the Coronation, it appears that their coverage will be The Coronation Watchalong with Sharon Osbourne and Vanessa Feltz from 10am-3pm.

Not sure if it was mentioned in this thread, but the US version of Brit Box will have live (and repeat on demand) coverage from ITV starting 3:30AM Eastern US Time.

Who is the host broadcaster for the coronation? I'm presuming it's the BBC?

That been in the schedules for a while, presumably they either assumed they'd be able to show it, or they were going to do it 'off-tube'

By GMB standards that is subtle.
