On the Ideal Extra side of things, there is currently a banner with a scrolling message.

The message reads:
'This channel is closing - you can watch Ideal World from Friday 29th September on Freeview channel 51, Sky channel 668 and Freesat channel 810 - from everyone at Ideal World in Peterborough, thank you for watching'

This is accompanied with the promo currently showing on Ideal World.

Just a thought, if the first show is live tomorrow, Freeview viewers may miss out on it as Freeview 51 was "off air" until 7am this morning when the promo returned or will this change when TJC takes over tomorrow?

The live streams on the TJC YouTube channel appear to have been taken down in preparation, and the Ideal World YouTube channel has a scheduled event for the 6am relaunch tomorrow.

Freeview viewers can watch the 6am hour on 5USA.

Over on Freeview, at exactly midnight it cut to an MHEG with the old channel numbers still on-screen!

TJC Beauty's feed at midnight abruptly cut from the repeat of the previous morning's show to the Ideal World promo loop, with the pre-recorded banner still on-screen until about 3 minutes in. 10 minutes later, it went blank. It's still blank for me right now.

Ideal Extra is still going.

12:24: It's just returned.

They also acquired the old customer accounts, so anyone with a IW account from the Peterborough era can still log in.

The on-screen graphics are the same as the previous Ideal World ones superficially, but lacking most of the animations. But it definitely adds to a feeling of continuity. 

There's no falling prices, but the phone system is clearly the standard TJC one (with Option 1, Option 2, and an Option 8 Buy All - but this isn't indicated anywhere on the graphics).

The YouTube stream isn't up (yet).

Because the colour scheme of the repurposed TJC Beauty set isn't all that different from the original set, it doesn't feel out of place. Quite impressive with the quick turnaround.

It certainly looks a lot more pleasant than Shop Extra's bunker!

EDIT: 5USA SD looks a lot better than the actual channel on Sky.
