Ideal World is broadcasting live for the first time ever on Christmas Day according to Mark Ryes and when he gave the telephone number out he said there is a different telephone number for Virgin Media viewers. Why would this be?

Seems like today is the final day in the temporary studio. There was an advert with Mike Mason just before 10am thanking customers for their gratitude while in this studio also saying there are some surprises and new products coming tomorrow.
