You may, but for the regular UK viewer, CBS' logo won't even impinge. Plus this has been the Big Brother UK logo since, what, 2011?

Yes of course, thats why I used the word UNWITTINGLY. I wasnt  saying it was going prompt a lawsuit or anything, its just interesting they chose to highlight that logo. Its not like the CBS logo isnt well known in broadcasting circles.
 Its displayed very prominently in centre of the Diary Room chair and the in the iris of the BBUK23 logo and the merch and also they created a special hastag showing it.. By  the way CBS has been using the eye since 1946, well before 2011.

The Big Brother icon, was made by Light Creative, who designed the last Celebrity Big Brother eye for Channel 5. 

For the record, yes it’s a circle, however the Big Brother eye is a different shape to the CBS logo. They may look similar but they are not the same.

It’s a bit subdued compared to the original. The end credit theme feels more energetic than the opening theme.
