Rumours have been going around that a back to basics version of Big Brother is to return to our TV screens via ITV2 and now it looks like we are close to an announcement and possibly tonight.

So probably 2 series of Love Island every year with 2 series of Big Brother, so a reality show to follow in every quarter of the year on ITV2 if you like that sort of thing.
Will be interesting to see if they keep the branding & the theme tune.

If BB returns as yet another under 30s fest like Love Island, I'm out. If they really want to go back to basics, then go back to having a wide age range of housemates.
