I think the Australian format probably would have been a better fit. Because it blends elements of the UK format with the strategy of the US/Canada format. The exception being that its pre-recorded.

The sad part about the upcoming series of BBAU is that they are doing a LOVE/DATING twist. How awful. I have watched the revival of BBAU on Ch7 and I have enjoyed it. I like their competitions but its waaay to producer manipulated sometimes. And the random advantages some of the housemates get are confusing, because the producers seemingly pick and choose players. These advantageous completely up-end the fairness of the game. And its actually quite irritating. Sometimes they add waay to many twists each week. That make no sense. Especially coming from the years of watching the North American versions. BUt i do like the BBAU take on the North American version. They do need to add in the HOH and VETO competitions though. THought the last season they added a verision of that .

12 minutes in and still no actual livestream. They said in late and live they couldn't show us what was going on in the house. Something serious must have happened.

They might as well not have bothered with tbe stream tonight. Safe to say something has gone on, perhaps a fight has occurred or someone has been ejected.

Could very well be a ratings ploy but something’s been occurring tonight. They showed a sneak peek of the live stream on Late & Live but there was an argument happening and Will genuinely seemed taken aback by it and seemingly wasn’t expecting it to be on the feed.

Then a little later on the Celebrity Houseguest (or whatever they call the weekly panelist) was supposed to go in the camera runs but Will said that this had been cancelled because things are “too spicy in the house” and that we’d have to tune in tomorrow to see what was going on.

Seemed a bit baity to me so I did take it with a pinch of salt, but more alarmingly - the live stream has been running birdsong and the house stock video on loop for 2 hours now and it looks like that is going to be it for the night. (I’ve had it on in the background whilst i’ve been working).

If this has been over-egged by the producers into something it isn’t in an attempt to get people to watch tomorrow’s show then that’s quite annoying - this used to only happen when something serious had happened like Fight Night and not “Sorry - we need content for tomorrow night’s show”.

Given how tensions have been simmering in the house for some days now, even before what happened yesterday in the house and we're yet to see, I wouldn't be surprised if ITV2 perhaps ended up with Fight Night (2023 edition) on their hands

The live footage on late and live gave those vibes with a party and mess everywhere.

Haha, nope, I still want Dylan out but Paul is the main one. 

Funnily enough, I live one bus away from the Big Brother house and I had a good mind to go to Harlesden and find out what the hell was going on in there
