I would be amazed if they delayed literally days before it was due to be rolled out. As for ITVX, I would have thought ITV would be promoting it by now, unless there is some technical problems.

Alternatively- rebrand could go ahead tomorrow, but ITVX launches later on. ITV Hub isn’t updated, they just promote “ITVX is coming soon.”

I'm worried about a potential delay to the launch of ITVX, given how borderline unusable the ITV Hub was at points last year during the Euros, which will no doubt be the same again - if not worse - during the World Cip

It seems that the "2022 in British television" Wikipedia page has been edited about an hour ago to say ITVX will launch on the 20th.

Nothing would surprise me if they delay it till next year in January along with ITVX… the fact they aren’t even featuring promos or advertising ITVX shows it’s either not ready or they are having issues. I always thought a Thursday is an odd day for a rebrand, normally the start of a month or a week. Very odd. I’m sure we’ll find out more over the next few days, or even weeks depending on how long it’s delayed for.

I’ve edited itv’s main wikipedia page. Probably’ll get reverted though.

I think it's fairly obvious at this point that it's not happening today. We've had no indication of it happening other than the initial rumour from Clean Feed.
