It sounds like it's probably Norwich. Interesting that Southampton was picked as the guinea pigs; their graphics were certainly in a rough state before the upgrade, with astons that just faded on and off, and didn't animate. The new animated astons are much nicer.

Hopefully Leeds but we are usually last to get these sorts of upgrades.

I guess the work to rule has affected the lunchtime output today, there is a merged bulletin with South East at 2.15, which is 15 minutes after the end if the early shift.

Complete with BBC One South and South East anno, so they must’ve known sufficiently in advance. Southampton was not shown on the N&R wall at the end of the national news.

Tunbridge Wells have already presented South & South East Today branded bulletins before, so have the titles in the system.
