Sadly the hoop blocked off Studio J... Couldn't see if it has any sort of revamp...

So, the hoop has now an failure from the other side too?

It's also worth noting - I have watched a lot this week, not saying I'm enjoying the content however there is a lot of mentions of twitter handles by the presenters (which I think was usual on BBC World before the merge). I had a look and I see a lot from the presenters handing over to each other on twitter today, below are the examples. Do you think they have been asked to do this? These below are just handovers from today...

What's interesting about that failure of the AR hoop is that it's still in about a realistic a position as the one in Studio C's backdrop.

An interesting observation. I'm sure they'll have planned it among themselves.

That screen in the newsroom is touch controlled. I've just seen someone go up to it and move the image around.

Those 2 new screens have been there since last Thursday. The one on the left is sometimes off while the one on the left often had the World's Newsroom image.

A lot to unpack in this video. 15.00 CET TOTH with the mic issues. Martine is a pro dealing with it all, as usual. When the mic starts working, it's on during the intro as well. Meanwhile, 2 people are rehearsing next to those 2 videos in the background. The woman on the left could be Lucy.

It's nice to see the newsroom buzzing with activity again, after looking dead for a long time.

Studio E is the best studio by far if only news channel actually made proper creative use of it it may still have been on air.

I suspect this is their (really lovely) way of saying goodbye and paying tribute to one another. I’d be surprised if they are going to be allowed to say goodbye on air. The impression I get from the Beeb is that they are determined to avoid any sort of explicit on-air mention of things changing.

I vaguely recall mentions of content of some form coming from the newsroom, and I've just noticed these two screens, the vertical one on the left with the website, and the 'normal' one with the image of the Pope on the right, and it looks like they may be trialing these positions now.

Finding some TOTHs from last week, it looks like the screens were added sometime last week from Tuesday onwards.

Just zoomed in on the group of screens on the right with the pope’s image on. Is the left hand screen of this groups show the new recreated globe? Although it’s not very clear it does seem to have a similar appearance to the new newsline titles.
