I can confirm my two year old also likes the new look for CBeebies.
She also liked when JoJo and Gran Gran added the BBC Studios endboard. Like father like daughter I suppose.
But it really is lovely, I’m a particular fan of the DOG animation. We’re normally iPlayer viewers but there’s definitely value in linear for CBeebies as we always end up watching the same two or three programmes when streaming.

All very nice, really bright animated graphics for CBBC. Can't help feeling that removing the focus from the "C" or "CBBC" means it's a cinch to rebrand it BBC Kids once it goes online only.
CBeebies is lovely, a slightly more muted colour palette than before but all very classy. Evolving the bugs instead of binning them, and as others have pointed out some lovely transitions with them and the BBC blocks/iPlayer logo.
How can you not like this? Beautiful.
Looks like they’ve ditched the CBeebies House idea for an ident but continued the seasonal theme as regular channel idents instead, with obviously Spring at the moment.
But oh my, that old logo is still going seen for years/decades isn't it! And the interim one will crop up from time to time too.
As some have spotted I’ve included the channels for TV Home, just temporarily (it crashed this morning). Plus lots of the junctions have continuity before the programmes instead. Still, it gives a sense of the output.

One thing this morning’s recording did show was that CBeebies have an unlisted programme going out at 5.30am. It’s like "Monday's Newcomers" all over again
I wonder how long they’ve been doing that?

Probably BBC Creative and an agency.
If I can give a good guess on what agency made these idents, I’d say Superunion and Blinkink. The idents are a similar style to BBC Three’s idents, which were made by the agencies I just mentioned.

Makes sense as they're educational as well, the day stings have been kept too. However they seem to have dropped the analogue clock from the promo end boards which is a bit of a shame

That's Cbeebies Daydreams.
Before that there was a short promo loop for half an hour.
It has a full hour version on iPlayer which launched in 2018 according to this article, not sure when it started to be broadcast before startup

They really have made a great job of both channels. Slightly unexpected I must say, given online-only being in the mix for the future.

It's got at least two more years (I suspect longer) as the earliest date set was Spring 2025, so plenty of use to be had before then. But, yes, given some of the channel rebrands we've seen, these are very well done.

It's so nice to see a rebrand so warmly received almost unanimously - doesn't happen very often at all.
And I suspect it was always part of the plan but for CBeebies in particular it is now much more prominent that viewers are watching BBC content.

It's BBC Creative and Wolff Olins together:

I believe it was brought in during 2020.
It's a bit of a strange one in that they still classify the channel as coming on air at 6am, and as such Daydreams isn't listed on the EPG and goes out without CBeebies usual presentation. But in reality they're coming on the air at 5:30am with Daydreams, and have promoted it on CBeebies social media to that effect.

That seems to basically be a barker though rather than programme content, but like Unwind with ITV is promoted as a little bit more than it actually is.
