Why does it ways have to end with The Forum. This would have been a prominent change to make to signify that they will represent the entire region.

How many other regions end on a wide shot of their studio base?
It hasn’t always ended with the forum. The 2008 titles used end on the wind turbines in the sea at yarmouth. Although more recently the forum has been included. I believe spotlight used to end of a shot of their base after it was refurbished.

Personally I like that the final shot is where the programme is based, especially when it’s such a beautiful building (I will admit I am bias having grown up and lived about 15miles away).

I think it would be something for regions to include.

Hopefully the Norwich base will get a new Aston kit following the closure of Cambridge. Seems to be one of the only regions who still has graphics that fade in rather than animate.

What does that say about a channel if it scares fish? Just talk me through that.

Another new set of opening titles for tonight's programme once again finishing with a mistimed wipe from the Forum.

Have just noticed the ITV Anglia weather sponsor (Greater Anglia) doesn't run when train strikes occur!

As reported by Clean Feed on Twitter, Politics East was extended by 15 minutes today, meaning subsequent programmes are being timeshifted behind the rest of England. They're going to run a shorter, 45 minute version of Bargain Hunt to get back on track. As with all of BBC East's opts (for the time being), viewers of BBC One East HD are currently getting programmes in upscaled SD (BBC East currently only has SD equipment).

Well, Norwich does, but Cambridge (the one they closed) had full HD kit.

Rather than having a completely separate episode of Bargain Hunt to the rest of the country, why didn’t they join Sunday Morning Live later with an announcement during the program saying welcome to viewers in the East of England.

That is surely more complicated and unnecessarily difficult for the live programme that is on air - especially as Bargain Hunt is a programme that is edited in varying lengths.

Really? I think you'll find that Cambridge doesn't have an HD studio.
