One of the rare instances a sports presenter fills in for one of the main network news anchors. With Norah O'Donnell on scheduled vacation, and Margaret Brennan (who is regular fill-in) also unavailable, CBS Sports' NFL studio host James Brown presented the CBS Evening News last night. He even did manage to get to the Washington bureau to anchor.
