Tennis TV don't pay anything, they are the streaming service of the ATP. Assume you meant Tennis Channel which has the primary domestic rights until 2027.
The BBC's long-term secondary rights to Queen's and Eastbourne ended this year so hopefully that puts them in a better position to negotiate next year onwards with the LTA's schedule changes. At minimum it should be every centre court match on iPlayer with the flexibility to put any of them on BBC One or Two, which will probably mean focus on Queen's the first two weeks, and more evenly balanced ATP:WTA coverage from Eastbourne in the third.
