It looks like we're actually getting a completely different formula this time.
In the past you had your single anchor (Dimbleby / He huw shall not be named), plus a 'heavyweight interviewer' (Paxman / Neil) sat somewhere else in the studio.
This year, it seems they have collapsed those two roles and made it double headed. Which makes sense given Laura's relative inexperience as an anchor and Clive's relative inexperience in the Westminster arena. Together it seems to work so far.
I feel a bit for Chris Mason - he's not had a lot of air time so far. In 2019 there was a lot more back and forth between Huw and Laura.
