Those definitions are rather flimsy and could just about excuse anyone deemed so. He may as well have said, "the majority of people in the UK didn't know these acts before BGT, so everything is above board".

I guess that joke flew over your head. Santa Claus. AKA Father Christmas.

Rumours now starting to circulate that Bruno won't be able to be a judge on the show going forward due to the format changes next year meaning an earlier start date which will clash with Dancing with the Stars across the pond

Alan Carr will probably get his chance this time round...

Im still thinking this isn't true. Even in the applications it says auditions won't end applications till January

They can start shooting before applications close, as long as there are still some audition dates available which later successful applicants could attend.

I imagine that the closing date was set prior to this format change being considered, and it probably says in the terms and conditions that the producer can move it forward without notice.

The closing application date is after they usually start filming in January as well. So I don’t think that’s a problem. It says in T&C’s that they can change the date. The Sun seem adamant that it is happening so I would imagine it is.

Alan Carr is a definite if Bruno isn’t doing it I would say. Of course they could have guest judges for some of the auditions and just have Bruno for the live shows. If they want to keep him.

At least it would sort out the slight issue of the random audience craze of shouting 'Bruuunnnooo' (that sounded a bit like the audience were just booing!)

Anyway it seems he'll have left a lasting legacy on the entire Got Talent format as it looks like AGT have now 'broken the rules' and the judges are allowed 2 Golden Buzzers each

Simon was on Heart Radio and said Bruno won’t be dropped but there is a scheduling issue because Bruno is in America so there could be a stand in for him. So that pretty much confirms the new format and Bruno will be kept for the live shows.
