There was an ad promoting the ITV Election coverage on ITV2. Tom Bradby was in the other newsroom studio talking about who and what to look for the coverage on Thursday night. Did anyone here see it?

I noticed the shape of the new desk it seems angled either side with it joining in the middle to show the logo. It must be why the opening and closing shots of the news are static, so they don’t show us the desk.

Surely they can just throw a green cloth over it and it will disappear?

Its good to hear they do have one but its seems it not getting used on main channel.

Promo just aired with Tom Bradby on ITV1 for the Election coverage.

Features him in the Social Media studio pushing an autocue to the floor. Least there’s a bit more thought to it compared to the promo for the Election Debates.

Notice Sky's coverage will be shown on Sky Showcase too - don't recall Sky1 (since that's what Showcase replaced) showing the elections when it was on air!
