Couldn't help two notice two staff members videoing/having a selfie session behind Huw while he was breaking the news.

Saw that - very inappropriate. I think somebody brought it to their attention though because they moved pretty sharpish!
So, in the future, when clips of the announcement are shown, it will have those two twits in it!

BBC Three and Four suspended tonight.

So they didn't learn from Philip then.

Learn what? This is what the plan is, you wouldn't expect the BBC to do anything else but  suspend normal programmes. BBC3 and 4 can't simulcast the other channels as there's no bandwidth
