He swore three times in a row as well. It seems to be his shtick these days.
This was also in the repeat, which is obviously after the watershed unlike the live showing, but I’d have thought they’d have to include some kind of warning before hand, as they could control it with the repeat. Seems like the sort of thing Ofcom would reprimand other broadcasters for but GB News seems to get away with. Having said all that, the general crux of the interview was quite interesting.

Well I just spent the night watching To The Point, GB News Live and Patrick Christys and in all those programmes, the following showed breaking news:
To The Point - 2 Breaking News Stories
GB News Live - 1 Breaking News Story
Patrick Christys - 3 Breaking News Stories
Compare this to both Sky News and BBC News and you know you will get breaking news every hour from both Sky and BBC.
GB News needs to be more stronger with breaking news stories as they are very important to us in terms understanding the story and the actual details of it. Even LBC News radio is strong when it comes to breaking news and they operate on a very small budget compared to GB News. Something needs to change.

“Breaking News” used to be a term that was used to highlight a major breaking story.
These days most outlets now use it for each and every minor item, often vacuous celebrity related stuff.

So they had breaking news 6 times in 8 hours. Even if as you say the BBC and Sky had a piece every hour they missed potentially 2 stories across an entire workday and much of what the BBC and Sky classify as breaking news is nothing of the sort.
This is before considering GBN generally and intentionally has a slightly narrower focus than the other channels so some of the stories simply wouldn’t be editorially relevant for them to cover.

Dominic Rabb has been offered a role at GB News. Wonder how the Junior staff there feel about that?

Given how they allegedly responded to staff allegedly being harassed by Darren Grimes, I don’t think safeguarding is much of a concern chez GBN.

You'd think that these are the sort of headlines from the Onion but I guess not.

It does depend on what he meant. If he means on linear TV alone, he would be lying but if he is talking about other ways of watching including on the net and on the app, he may have a point.
