It feels there will be a lot on the BBC iPlayer, with less on the linear channels apart from the three specials and a few repeats

Three Doctors must've lost all of it's other main cast except for Jo. Hence them partnering her with Clyde Langer from the Sarah Jane Adventures - they met when she showed up in an episode of SJA where the Eleventh Doctor had supposedly been killed, and he's also met the Tenth, so they have that in common, they've both met multiple Doctors.

Hmmm. Much too Marvel for me, it lies somewhere between pastiche and wannabe.

Apparently the next run will be named ‘Season One’ instead of Series 14.

This makes no sense whatsoever!

Didn’t Steven Moffat say exactly the same thing about Series 5? (Then followed it up with the infamous “Series Fnarg” joke).
I understand why they are doing it though: Disney+ won’t be getting any previous content, and the last thing they want to do is a big marketing push for (from their perspective) a brand new series only to get a ton of queries about where series 1-13 are.

There has been no mention of this at all from RTD and until we get a full confirmation from the BBC, treat any rumour as just that, a rumour.

Surely not? 'Season'?! When did this British television programme become American?!
